Zeigua Integral Arts is dedicated to the study and practice of Natural Movement, Healing, Spiritual and Creative Arts. Our goal is to maintain a healthy balance between our individual needs and the needs of others. We encourage and support positive self-expression and creative fulfillment of one's goals, but we also wish to be equally aware of how those same goals and actions may adversely impact our local and global communities, presently and for future generations to come...
