Pao Chuan (canon fist) Xingyiquan's fire element fist form.

Even though Xinyiquan follows the same principles as it's sister arts of Taichichuan and Baguazhang, it is considered a more ferocious internal martial arts style, favoring YANG energy/masculine principle. The simple forms and strategies may not look very pretty or impressive, but are highly effective for combat efficiency, using more linear attacking methods for both defense and offense.

Spring 2002, Taipei Taiwan, Hsin Beitou's hotsprings garden. Joseph holding Xingyiquan's signature posture, "Santi Shi," "trinity stance."
